Wade Posted August 27 Share Posted August 27 Hi Nick Sometimes you can get a slight yeast aroma after curing and usually this is nothing to worry about. Give it a good rinse under cold water and pat dry with kitchen towel. Also you can give the surface a misting with a 50:50 mix of white vinegar and water. This should sort out the smell.
