BBQ Pit Boys Meatloaf on the OJH

Decent. The temperature is stable, although that might have been down to the BIGK Marabu charcoal. Took around 2 1/2 hours with apple wood smoke at 280degF. Next mod for the pit is to drill out the drains and weld / bolt a hook to catch the fat. Given the meatloaf was stuffed with Provolone there was a lot of fat.
