Homemade rub, Sichuan pepper, black pepper, salt, ground ginger, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and red chilli flakes. Served with sticky rice and stir fried vegetables. U can do that again Posted 18 hours ago Share Posted 18 hours ago @AdamG pork belly was great, really moist & full of juice so really pleased, @pittmab is that rub based on a Chuds rub, so something recently & thought of doing it but no ribs at the moment, would you do it again??
