Weekend cook plans?

Cooked Saturday, I thought they were ok, the missus loved them. 

Homemade rub, Sichuan pepper, black pepper, salt, ground ginger, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and red chilli flakes.

Served with sticky rice and stir fried vegetables. 

Cooked around 100-120⁰C for approximately 5 hours.
