AdamG
Nice! What did you stuff em with?
U can do that again
Mix of 2 different sausage meats, philadelphia cream cheese & grillstock rub. Can mix up the stuffing to what you like. Took 4 to my butcher today who did them in the air fryer for 20mins then sauced & used a blowtorch to get the sauce tacky, they went down well. Be firing the grill up soon..... U can do that again
Well prefer them done on a grill as ends of cannelloni & exposed bits not as crisp/dry as the air fryer. Consumed with additional sauce on the side & salad leaves, sorry no photos of how served phone died but cut each into 4/5 bite sizes pieces. Top photo pre sauce, bottom with sauce didn't go overboard with the sauce just the top

AdamG
I managed to get a chicken tikka masala cooked yesterday but it was in between sorting the garden out and weeding, so only one picture sorry Marinated the chicken overnight, then cooked them on over direct heat for some charring, then stewed in the dutch oven for about 3 hours. Slopped on top of some boiled rice😋

AdamG
Its a great day, just finished mowing the lawn and sorting some weeds out. Curry sounds good 👍 Looks like tomorrow might be raining all day so that leaves sunday, not sure what yet either🤔
U can do that again
Well the curry went down well last night, used some left over smoked bavette for the protein from earlier in the week....today doing a rotisserie chicken as mgmt likes those, using Lowry's seasoning salt & back pepper as a rub, using oak for smoke.
U can do that again
Black not back pepper
AdamG
Managed to get a couple of cooks in this weekend. Saturday was a smoked cheesecake which turned out ok, flavour was great but texture was not great (need to make adjustments for the next try). Today was a pretty straight forward mixed grill...with cheesecake for pudding.
U can do that again
Now cheesecake gives food for thought.....
